Our help desk uses leading edge help desk software from www.connectwise.com.  ConnectWise makes it easy to track customer requests through the process to ensure we meet our Service Level Agreements. As a customer, we extend ConnectWise to you via a web portal.  This self service portal allows new tickets to be created, existing tickets updated, it even includes projects, invoices and sign off on recommendations  (quotes)

Our ConnectWise instance includes Remote Monitoring and Management functionality which allows us to proactively monitor devices and clients under a support agreement.  This capability enables our experts to resolve many day-to-day problems remotely without the need for on-site attendance. Our help desk operates during business hours, with on-site support agreements tailored to suit the opening hours of your business.
