Our professional services team boasts full time Avaya Certified professionals, providing smooth implementation of and top quality ongoing support.

Our help desk uses leading edge help desk software (Heat), which automatically tracks additions, moves and faults. This allows us to provide Service Level Agreements that guarantee problems will be fixed quickly and regardless of their geographic location.

We equip each client’s PABX with diagnostic equipment that enables our experts to rapidly resolve many day-to-day problems remotely without the need for on-site attendance. Our help desk operates during business hours, with on-site 24-hour support an optional extra.

Telco Services: Depending on customers’ needs, we recommend appropriate services for voice, internet and data networks. We will organise the connection and take care of all the billing, at highly competitive rates. We provide on-line and real time billing.

We also have agreements with the major carriers through which we can arrange telco services if it’s felt this better suits a client’s needs.
